The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa on 20th February, 2026 conducted an on-site inspection tour of the Citrus Garden Housing Estate project. Accompanied by the Council Manager, Mr. Adekoya, and the Head of the Procurement Unit, Mrs. Issa Raulat, the Executive Chairman assessed the progress of the estate, which is being facilitated by Ibeju-Lekki Local Government in collaboration with private sector partners under a public-private partnership framework.
The Citrus Garden Housing Estate represents a key initiative aimed at addressing the housing shortfalls in the rapidly growing Ibeju-Lekki axis. The project features well-designed residential units, modern amenities, and infrastructure that align with the Lagos State Government’s vision for inclusive urban development and improved quality of life at the grassroots level.
