The Career Accelerator Programme is a flagship initiative under the SHIEELD Agenda of the Executive Chairman, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, designed to prepare young people with the skills, knowledge and competencies required to thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.
The programme is hosted at a fully equipped ICT Training Centre, a modern digital learning hub providing practical training in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial education, communication, leadership development and workforce readiness.
Through a combination of technology enabled learning, mentorship, workshops and industry engagement, the programme seeks to bridge the gap between education, skills acquisition and access to meaningful economic opportunities within Nigeria and beyond.
As Ibeju-Lekki continues to emerge as one of Nigeria’s foremost economic and industrial corridors, the administration is investing not only in infrastructure but also in the capacity of its people, creating the foundation for a workforce equipped to compete, innovate and lead.
