POWER UPDATE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF POWER AND EKEDC BERTHS AT IBEJU-LEKKI ON A WORKING VISIT

Local Government officials led by the Vice Chairman, Hon. Isiaka Yusuf Olatunji, accompanied by the deputy leader of the legislative council, Hon. Musibau Shuaib, Hon. Sebiu Lawal, the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman, Mr. Marufdeen Olayinka, met with officials of the Federal Ministry of Power and the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) led by Engr. Olaoye who were on a working visit to the proposed site for the 2 X 7.5MVA substation. Recall that the Local Government administration under Hon. (Engr) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa recently donated 2 plots of land to the EKEDC for the purpose of building a 2 X 7.5 MVA injection substation and 50km 33KV dedicated line which will serve the good people of Ibeju-Lekki better as darkness will soon be a thing of the past.
