OLOWA'S BUDGET SUPERVISOR, URGES DEPARTMENT STAFF TO EMBRACE DILIGENCE AND TEAM WORK FOR SMOOTH IMPLEMENTATION OF SHIEELD AGENDA

As the administration of Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa keeps setting the pace in progressive governance, the Supervisor for Budget, Planning & Statistics, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Waliu Balogun has charged staff of the Budget Department to approach their duties with utmost seriousness and dedication. This, he emphasized, is essential to justify the conducive work environment provided by the Executive Chairman, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa. In a meeting with the members of staff, Hon. Waliu advised them on work diligence. He further stressed the importance of accurate performance to facilitate the seamless implementation of the Executive Chairman's flagship SHIEELD agenda , which focuses on sustainable development and progress for the local government area. Highlighting the value of collective responsibility, Hon. Waliu remarked: "A chain is no stronger than its weakest link. Therefore, the failure of a team member may cause the entire system or project to fail. Thus, there is a need to work as a team." In closing, he expressed his willingness to cooperate with the staff while soliciting their support to deliver exceptional results. Also present at the meeting was the Head of Department (HOD), Budget, Planning & Statistics, Mrs. Ibraheem-Edunjobi Moriam Olaide.
