OLOWA SECURES LEKKI FREE TRADE ZONE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING PLACEMENT FOR 15 IBEJU-LEKKI YOUTHS THROUGH LASCOCO SKILL-UP 1.0*

In furtherance of his SHIEELD Agenda and commitment to youth empowerment, the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has successfully facilitated a paid industrial placement opportunity for 15 Ibeju-Lekki youths at the Lekki Free Trade Zone through the Lagos State Cooperative College (LASCOCO) Skill-Up 1.0 Programme. The beneficiaries, trained under the skills acquisition initiative sponsored by the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, have officially received their placement letters and are scheduled to resume this Friday at the Lekki Free Trade Zone for their industrial training programme. This achievement reflects the Chairman’s deliberate effort to ensure that the youths of Ibeju-Lekki are properly prepared for the growing opportunities within the rapidly developing Lekki corridor. At a time when many young people are in search of opportunity and direction, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa continues to distinguish himself as a grassroots leader committed to creating practical pathways for youth development and economic inclusion.
