LAKOWE PHASE II ROAD CONSTRUCTION: HON.OLOWA ATTENDS FLAG OFF

The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa today Tuesday 17th December, 2024 attended the Flag off of the construction of Lakowe Phase 2 Road facilitated by the Chief Whip, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola. In his opening remarks, the Executive Chairman, acknowledged that indeed, Lagos State is setting standards for others to emulate as various developmental projects keep springing up as he thanked the Lagos State House of Assembly member representing Ibeju-Lekki Constituency 1, Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola for facilitating the project and making the Council Area proud. Speaking further, Hon. Olowa thanked the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for considering Ibeju-Lekki at all times in infrastructural development. While calling on the good people of Lakowe to support the project, he assured them of Government's continued support. Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola while welcoming the audience, appreciated them for their support thus far as he charged them in the spirit of collaboration and in the alignment of efforts to ensure the project is a success. While assuring them of accountability and transparency in the course of the project, the Chief Whip also emphasized that the infrastructural development will also touch other axis of the Local Government. Present at the occasion were, the Leader of the Legislative Council, Hon. Mojeed Olayinka, Hon. Abidemi Aromire Razaq, Hon. Babatunde Ogungbo, the Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Adewale Fasali Adebanjo, all Exco Cabinet members, the APC LGA chairman, Hon. Babatunde Aliasau Eletu, the representative of His Royal Majesty, Oba Akeem Ojomu, Chief Mukhail Ojora Ojomu, members of the Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency amongst others.
