IBEJU-LEKKI LOCAL GOVERNMENT PRESENTS OFFICIAL VEHICLES TO ROYAL FATHERS

The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, has presented official utility vehicles to the eleven recognised royal fathers in the local government area. The brief handover ceremony, held at the Council Secretariat in Igando-Oloja, was attended by royal fathers, community representatives and council officials. The vehicles are part of the local government’s efforts to strengthen community leadership and support the traditional institution in carrying out its statutory responsibilities. The beneficiaries include: • His Royal Majesty, Oba Waliu Razaq Oguntolu, Onibeju of Ibeju • His Royal Majesty, Oba Yisa Toheeb Abidemi Oyedele, Onimedu of Orimedu • His Royal Majesty, Oba Tajudeen Afolabi Elemoro, Onitedo of Oke-Odo Elemoro • His Royal Majesty, Oba Muhideen Balogun, Onisolu of Solu Alade • His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulhakeem Adisa, Ojomu of Lakowe • His Royal Majesty, Oba Lukman Adebambo, Gbadewolu of Araromi • His Royal Majesty, Oba Talabi Odugbesan, Onidebojo of Debojo • His Royal Majesty, Oba Bakare Saka Babatunde, Olukayetoro of Kayetoro • His Royal Majesty, Oba Lamoriu Isiaka, Olumopo of Mopo • His Royal Majesty, Oba Idogun Adewunmi Larrys, Ologunfayo of Ogunfayo • His Royal Majesty, Oba Hakeem Olokodana, Alakodo of Akodo Hon. Olowa noted that the provision of official vehicles will support the royal fathers in community engagement, conflict resolution and grassroots administration, which remains central to peaceful and coordinated development across Ibeju-Lekki.
