Ibeju-Lekki Local Government under the administration of Hon Abdullahi sesan Olowa , has officially introduced a new uniform for all Revenue Officers of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government as part of efforts to strengthen professionalism, accountability, and easy identification during official revenue collection activities.
Speaking on the initiative, Honourable Ajibola Elemoro, Supervisor for Marketing and Revenue, emphasized that the introduction of the official uniform is aimed at promoting transparency, eliminating impersonation, and ensuring that only duly authorized officers carry out revenue collection on behalf of the Local Government.
Beginning Tuesday, 4th August, Revenue Officers deployed to their respective jurisdictions will commence the collection of approved rates and levies on behalf of the Local Government as citizens are advised to cooperate with the officials.
