IBEJU-LEKKI LOCAL GOVERNMENT EQUIPPED OFFICERS WITH KNOWLEDGE SHARING SESSIONS.(KSS)

As part of measures embarked on to build capacity and instill efficiency amongst the workforce, the Head and Director, Admin and Human Resource Department, Mr Sotubo Adeyemi Oladipupo David, has intensified continual training of officers to enhance professionalism and effectiveness while discharging official duties. Addressing officers during the "Knowledge Sharing Session", a session aimed at equipping staff with practical skills and knowledge to enhance job performance and contribute to the growth and success of ibeju-Lekki Local Government. You will recall that the training has been a continuous effort to familiarize and intimate members of staff, with the Civil Service Rules and applying it while discharging official duties. Lecturing the officers, Director Sotubo ran an overview of the Civil Service Rules from Chapter 2, 4, 6, 12, and 17 respectively. He emphasized on Appointment and Exit, Types of Appointment, Leaves and Types of Leaves, Oath of Secrecy, Recruitment amongst several other Chapters.
