IBEJU-LEKKI LOCAL GOVERNMENT CELEBRATES END OF THE YEAR THANKSGIVING SERVICE AND CHRISTMAS CAROL FOR YEAR 2024

It was a celebration galore at the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government end of the year thanksgiving and Christmas Carol service for year 2024 yesterday Wednesday 18th December, 2024. Giving its keynote address at the event the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. (Engr ) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, expressed appreciation unto God for his faithfulness and mercies over all especially the Executive and members of Staff of the prestigious organisation. Speaking from Biblical scriptures, Isaiah 55 verse 8-9 and 2 Cor 5 verse 7 respectively. The Mayor admonished participants at the gathering to look beyond challenges the country is faced with and hold steadfast unto the Lord. He enjoined all to put their trust in God, whom alone can comfort them in time of need. He Further Prayed that God in His infinite Mercies will Move and Steer the affairs of our great country Nigeria forward. In Conclusion he implored all to continually give their unwavering supports to the administration so that it will continue to move forward in delivering progressive initiatives that would advance development within ibeju- lekki Communities at large. Present at the Annual thanksgiving Service are the Executive Chairman Hon. Engr. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, Supervisor for Education, Hon. Sofwan Temitope, Secretary to the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Representative of CAN, amongst several others.
