The 4th batch of the flagship Renewed Hope Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) programme facilitated by the Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa led administration, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to economic empowerment of vulnerable residents continued today Tuesday 24th March, 2026 Launched in November 2025, the Ibeju-Lekki Renewed Hope CCT scheme targets 4,000 vulnerable households across the Local Government Area. Each beneficiary receives ₦100,000, disbursed transparently through ATM cards to ensure accountability and ease of access. The programme aligns directly with the national vision of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, providing immediate financial relief while promoting long-term economic resilience, family upliftment, and inclusive growth. The selection of beneficiaries for the 4th batch follows the same rigorous, transparent, and community-based verification process used in previous batches, ensuring that support reaches those who need it most. The Hon. Olowa-led administration remains steadfast in its resolve to deliver people-oriented programmes that cushion the effects of economic realities and foster a more prosperous and inclusive Ibeju-Lekki. A coordinated team of the Budget Supervisor, Hon. Waliu Balogun, Agric and Social Services Supervisor, Hon. Olusola Edalere, The Head Of Department, Agric and Social Services, Mr. Balogun Jelili, and members of staff, all ensured the success of the programme which took place at the Council Secretariat.
