HON. OLOWA PARTICIPATES IN WORLD BANK SUPPORTED HUMAN CAPITAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROSPERITY AND EQUITY (HOPE) PROGRAMME

The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and Chairman Conference 57, Engr. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa on Thursday 2nd April, 2026 participated in the public sensitization and awareness engagement on the Human Capital Opportunities for Prosperity and Equity (HOPE) Programme, highlighting Lagos State’s significant strides in the ongoing implementation of the initiative. The HOPE Programme, supported by the World Bank, continues to drive impactful reforms across its key pillars (Governance, Primary Healthcare, and Basic Education) aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing the quality of life for residents. The sensitization effort focused on deepening public understanding, promoting preventive measures, and encouraging stakeholder participation in sustaining the gains recorded so far. It also reinforced the importance of transparency, accountability, and community involvement in achieving the programme’s objectives. This engagement further reflects Lagos State’s commitment to building a resilient, healthy, and well-educated population through strategic human capital development initiatives.
