Hon. Olowa Joins Dignitaries at Commissioning of Olatunji Bello Auditorium in LASU Epe

The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, on Tuesday 19th August, 2025 joined other dignitaries at the commissioning and handover of the newly constructed Olatunji Bello Auditorium at the Lagos State University (LASU), Epe Campus. The commissioning was performed by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, in a ceremony that attracted notable personalities from across the state. Present at the event were the Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat; Hon. Minister of Education, Dr. Moruf Olatunji Alausa; former Ogun State Governor, Aremo Olusegun Osoba; Lagos APC Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi; and former Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adeyemi Ikuforiji. Traditional rulers in attendance included the Oloja of Epe, Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun; the Alara of Ilara, Oba Olufolarin Ogunsanwo; and the Ojomu of Lakowe, Oba Olufemi Adebowale The Olatunji Bello Auditorium, described as a landmark addition to LASU’s infrastructure, is expected to serve as a center for academic, intellectual, and cultural activities, further boosting the institution’s profile and the educational landscape of Lagos State.
