In a heartwarming display of community support and solidarity, the City Boy Movement, a leading youth-driven platform for civic engagement and advocacy, successfully distributed essential food packs to women in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area on Monday 23rd March, 2026. The initiative, aimed at alleviating the current economic realities and empowering vulnerable women in the community, was proudly presented by the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Engr. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa. The food packs were Facilitated by Engr. Mrs. Dele Fatunsi while the distribution was coordinated by Hon. Abisola Azeez, Supervisor for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA), who oversaw the effective delivery of the items to all beneficiaries. The food packs, containing staple items to support households, were handed out to dozens of women, reflecting the Movement's ongoing commitment to humanitarian outreach, poverty alleviation, and grassroots empowerment. This event underscores the collaborative spirit between the City Boy Movement and local government authorities in addressing the needs of residents, particularly women who play vital roles in families and communities.
