AOPSHON MEETS WITH HON. OLOWA; APPRECIATES HIM FOR EDUCATIONAL UPLIFT, PRAYS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SECOND TENURE IN OFFICE

The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa today met with the Association of Primary Schools Head Teachers of Nigeria (AOPSHON) Ibeju-Lekki branch as they expressed their appreciation to him for the kind gesture in taking Primary Education to its zenith in the Council Area. The Mayor who expressed delight for the love shown to him used the moment to share his vision of a 21st century Model Primary School which will be constructed across the Local Government in a balanced zonal arrangement, also hinted the Heads of Schools on its functionality which will include a standard kindergarten school, a well equipped clinic as well as standard ICT labs. "It will be a model school where parents will be glad to have their children study", he said. Recall that, upon assumption of office, Hon. Olowa, who showed greater concern for the future of kids, started out by paying monthly imprest of 50,000 Naira (Fifty-Thousand Naira) to all 28 Primary Schools in the Local Government, construction of perimeter fences amongst other infrastructural facelift.
