IBEJU-LEKKI MAYOR SALUTES NIGERIA AT 61.

Nigeria is a great Country with greater achievements. We have been together against all odds and we shall remain together as one.

I am using this auspicious occassion to appeal to our individual conscience to bury our differences despite the cultural divergences, so we can wage war against all the challenges facing and threatening our unity as a nation.
We must reflect on our past to rebuild a promising future devoid of hatred and secession.

I hope and pray that this year’s independence celebration bring us closer together with thesame goal of achieving an enviable Nigeria to become a greater people bonded by a common wealth that transforms into a workable country of our dreams.

I, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, Executive Chairman, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, on behalf of the Vice Chairman, Legislators,Management Members and the great people of the Council Area felicitate with Nigeria and other fellow Nigerians on the occassion of her 61st Independence Anniversary.
