The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, inspected the dredging site at Abijo and the 1.3 km road from the Lekki – Epe Express Way leading to the site.
It was heartwarming as the Mayor received the proposal of the dredging companies to partner with the local government in the construction of this road .
This will undoubtedly improve accessibility and the economic condition of the area . During inspection, many hotel buildings, event centers that have been abandoned due to the bad road were sighted. Hon. Olowa is confident that this road when constructed will attract future investments and improve the business climate of not just the dredging sites but every other businesses within the area . This will create jobs and bring additional prosperity to Ibeju-Lekki Local Government.
