The Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa is offering a rare opportunity to residents. Recently, he flagged off the Eko Social Health Alliance Scheme (EKOSHA) for 1,000 residents, providing free enrollment and access to quality healthcare services. This initiative is part of his administration’s efforts to ensure basic quality healthcare services to the people, especially at the grassroots level. The scheme includes treatment of eye problems with free eyeglasses, dental appointments, free Caesarian Section, tuberculosis treatment, malaria, and typhoid fever, among others ¹. The key benefits of EKOSHA includes, free enrollment for 1,000 residents, quality Healthcare Services fully paid for, comprehensive coverage, eye treatment, dental care more and access to registered Community pharmacies for free medication.
